- How long will it take for my Profile to be published after I have created it?
- Your Profile will be posted within 24 hours. Our editors reserve the right to make changes to your Profile to comply with the standards of our site. We will notify you if and when such changes are made.

- Is there a charge to use HobbyMatch.com?
- You will have all the rights and priviledges of a Paid Subscriber until you have at least 3 active match-ups (members who share your interests in your area who have accessed the site within 90 days).
Once you have at least 3 active match-ups, we'll ask that you pay a fee to continue to access the Paid Subscriber Benefits. - What criteria do you use to match me?
- The Matches you see under "View My Matches" are based on 4 variables that you requested to be matched on -- your hobbies/interests, age range, gender and geographical preference. From time to time we may provide you information on other things you have in common with your match, but information such as race, religion and sexual orientation is not used to determine your match-ups.

- Your hobbies and interests represent just one of the many components of a successful match. Although we don't use this criteria to match individuals, nor is such disclosure required to complete your profile, we believe in giving people the opportunity to share the information they feel is important for others to know about them.

- Can I be Matched with Non-Subscribers? And if I am, do they pay?
- Finding your match is the reason we exist. To do this we have established a system where Members can be matched before they become Paid Subscribers. As a result, people have an incentive to join as they benefit from information about potential
- We do believe that both parties participating in a potential match should have the same amount of investment. Both members must have Paid Subscriber Status to communicate back and forth to each other using the secure HobbyMatch.com Email system. This means, if you send someone a message using the Hobbymatch.com mailbox, they will have to become a Subscriber in order to communicate back to you.

- Do you Guarantee your service?
- We guarantee that you will receive at least 1 email back from someone you've contacted on our Site. We will refund your fees if the following criteria are met:
- (1) you have joined HobbyMatch.com after seeing at least 3 active matches (people who have accessed their profiles within 3 months of the date of your Paid Subscription)
- (2) you have sent an Email to initiate contact with least 3 matches and
- (3) you have not received a return Email from at least 1 member with 14 days of contact.
- In essence, if you make an attempt to contact active members, and they do not respond within 14 days, we will refund your fees.

- If you've made an effort to contact our Members and you've not been satisfied with our service, send us an Email within 14 days of becoming a Paid Subscriber. We will refund your fees.

- How can I increase the number of matches I receive?
- Broaden your zip code parameters
- Expand your Profile by listing more interests.
- Give it some time. If you've got an odd interest or live outside a major metro area, it will take a bit longer to find a match
- Remember, we continually search new member profiles and will sendyou an email when we find others in your area who match your interests.
